Fusilli Grill on the River was established in 1994, has relocated to the “famous” heritage Campbell River Lodge nestled on the banks of the Campbell River.
Offering our guests all of the modern conveniences of a 400 seat throughout the pub, banquet room, and dining, with a West Coast influence. Breads, desserts and pasta are made on a daily basis. Salad dressing, reductions, mother stocks, and finale sauces are all hand crafted on premise.
Chef David Prevostuses local ingredients as well as seasonal organic herbs and berries from his own greenhouse.
Food allergies, dislikes and dietary concerns can be exactingly addressed, because nearly all food is made on premise, from a changing list of over 500 ingredients.
Corporate monthly accounts, gift certificates, specific dietary concerns and surveillance are all easily dealt with from an integrated modern software and hardware system, freeing staff and management to look after you, the customer.
Catering is offered for weddings, company promotions, and other special occasions. Catering can be done at the location of your choosing, or exclusive dining room use, can be arranged.
